ACCORDING TO SPECIAL TALENT EXAM RESULTS
ENTITLED TO ENROLL TO THE FACULTY OF SPORTS SCIENCES
According to the Special Talent Exam Results, the registration of the main candidates who are entitled to enroll in the Faculty of Sports Sciences programs, together with the necessary documents for final registration, will be made at the registration office of the Faculty of Sports Sciences between 09.00-17.30 on Monday, August 22, 2022 and between 09.00-12.00 on Tuesday, August 23, 2022. . Candidates who do not register until 12:00 on 23 August 2022 will be deemed to have waived their rights.
In case the quota is not filled, on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at 15.00, the number of students whose names are on the reserve list will be announced on the Faculty of Sport Sciences board and at https://sporbilimleri.gazi.edu.tr/. The registrations of those whose names are on the reserve list, together with the necessary documents for final registration, will be made on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, between 09.00-17.30 at the registration office of the Faculty of Sports Sciences. If they do not register until 17.30 on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, these candidates will be deemed to have waived their rights.
For the vacant quotas on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at 17.30, registration will be made on Friday, August 26, 2022, at 11:00, by reading method at the registration office of the Faculty of Sports Sciences, starting with the candidate after the last substitute announced on August 24, 2022. The candidate whose name is read must be at the registration place before the next candidate's name is read. Even if the quota is not filled with the registrations to be made on Friday, August 26, 2022, the registrations will end.
Candidates who did not register on August 24, 2022 even though they had the right to register from the main list, on August 22-23, 2022, although they had the right to register from the reserve list, and who were not found in the registration place despite their name being read in the records made with the name reading method on August 26, 2022, are deemed to have waived their registration rights. No excuses will be registered for these candidates, and their medical reports will not be accepted.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION
1- Diploma or newly dated graduation certificate from the secondary education institution from which the candidate graduated (The certificate of achievement does not replace the graduation certificate.) The registration of the candidates who certify that they did not graduate from high school on the registration date will be made in a temporary status and the actual registration will be made if they submit their certificates of graduation to the Registrar's Office until 30 December 2022. Temporary registrations of those who cannot document their graduation by this date will be deleted.
2- If the field is not specified in the high school diploma or graduation certificate of the candidate who has benefited from additional points in his placement, the official document showing which school and field he graduated from,
3- T.C. 3 photocopies of the Identity Card (It will be taken after checking with the original)
4-6 biometric passport photos 4.5 cm x 6 cm in size
5-Original of Nationality Certificate for national students who will enroll
6-Candidates who are enrolled in another undergraduate program at the time of registration must delete their registration from the other program and appear in YÖKSİS in order to enroll in our University. Candidates whose YÖKSİS registration has not yet been updated should bring a letter from the relevant University stating that the registration has been deleted.
7-Health Board Report to be obtained from a full-fledged State or University Hospital, certifying that he does not have a physical disability that would prevent him from continuing his education and doing sports that require heavy effort (It must be submitted to the Student Affairs Unit of the Faculty of Sports Sciences by 17:30 on 23 September 2022 at the latest. .)
IMPORTANT NOTES ON REGISTRATION
1-Candidates will have their registration done in person or through the persons to whom they will give a power of attorney from the notary public. Registration by mail is not possible.
2-Unapproved copies or photocopies of the documents required for registration are not accepted.
3-Registration cannot be made with missing documents.
4-Candidates who do not register on the dates specified in the announcement cannot claim any rights.
5-A separate notification will not be made to the candidates during the registration process, and the candidates must follow the announcements on the faculty bulletin board and internet web address.
